If you want to know much details for this BSNL Management Trainee Recruitment 2015, these are the details. Total No of BSNL Management Trainee Posts : 200 (150 posts For Operations and 50 posts for Finance Stream)
3% of vacancies are reserved for Persons With Disabilities (PWD) (1.5% for Locomotor Impairment, 1.5% for Hearing Impairment), where the reservations are applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Central Govt Guidelines.
The Scale of Pay: Rs.24900-50500 with annual increment of 3% of Basic Pay plus IDA, HRA, Perks, Medical allowance as per BSNL company rules.
Age Limit : 30 years (As on 01.08.2015).
Age of Relaxation :
Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe : 5 years, Other Backward Classes : 3 years, Persons With Disabilities (PWD) : 10 years, PWD+ SC/ST : 15 Years, PWD + OBC : 13 Years
Ex-Servicemen and Residents of J&K will get age relaxation as Central GovtGuidelines.
Selection Procedure: There are three stages in selection process.

There is a sectional cutoff for aptitude section, to clear the exam minimum of 40% of marks should be scored in aptitude section, for OBC ie., 36%, 33% for SC/ST. After clearing this cutoff, merit candidates will be considered for further stages of selection procedure.
Rs 1500/- is the non-refundable examination fee for OC/OBC and Rs 750/- for SC/ST candidates, which has to be paid online mode only.

- Educations Qualification required for MT Operations (150 Posts) is B.E/B.Tech in Telecommunications/Electronics/Computers/IT/Electrical with 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST candidates)/MBA/M.Tech Recognized under Indian LAW.
- Educations Qualification requirement for MT Finance (50 Posts) is CA/ICWA/CS.
