October 2016 BSNL IDA Rates of Employees effective from 01.10.2016 may
records More / New Hike. This new hike is going to be the special gift
for BSNL employees on BSNL’s birthday (formation day).
As we said earlier, but remains again this. The Industrial Dearness
Allowance (IDA) Rates calculates with All India Consumer Price Index
(IW) with the below said points.
- Based on weighted average of prices for consumer goods and services.
- Calculates with an average for specified months of June, July, and August 2016.
- It is, as per the price index numbers issued by the Department of Labour Bureau of India. After taking price changes for each item in the predetermined basket of goods.
Now, as per All India Consumer Price Index Numbers for Industrial
Workers - CPI(IW) issued by Department of Labour Bureau. CPI records a
continue increase in the numbers. For June 2016 it increases by 2 points
and for July is again 3 points. Totally CPI stands at 280 as on July
2016. For this new hike, August 2016 CPI index numbers will be added
after the release.
Based on this average of Consumer Price Index Numbers for Industrial
Workers CPI(IW). BSNL IDA rates of Employees may record a hike above 6%,
even if there is no change in August Index. If the August index
increases another 3 points, BSNL IDA will hikes upto only 6.5% from
present IDA rates.
If CPI index numbers decreased by 3 points from present. BSNL IDA rates
of employees may also records a hike of above 5%. This new hike will be
paid from 01.10.2016 onwards after releasing of August CPI. So have a
look at the expecting BSNL IDA rates at various index numbers.
After getting August 2016 index Numbers on 30.09.2016, Department of
Public Enterprises will issue the orders for the hike in IDA rates from
01.10.2016, then after BSNL will issue the orders for New IDA rates to
be paid, which is going to record a New Hike in BSNL IDA rates of
employees as a special gift for 16th BSNL birthday.
