To prepare roadmap on BSNL financial viability, to realign staff in all areas as per BSNL requirement, to review standards on staffing norms, to decide benchmark of performance measures, to offer incentive on good performance, to introduce measures on non-performance, BSNL Management has called some unions for discussion with them.
