Approval of the competent authority is hereby conveyed for launching of New SIM of Rs.20/-, FRC in
“General Pre-paid” Plans and Saral Anant Plan under Prepaid Mobile segment w.e.f. 09-12-2009.
The details are as follows :-
Kindly refer to above mentioned letters regarding rationalization of procedure for prepaid SIMs. In
this regard, following shall be the cost and commission structure for prepaid SIMs.

Important Points
On every transaction retailer will get the immediate commission of Rs.8.09, Rs.19.96 and Rs.23.73
respectively and Rs.6.91, Rs.17.04 and Rs20.27 respectively will be deducted from his C-topup
wallet. Rs.3.47, Rs.8.55 and Rs10.17 respectively, as a Franchisee commission will be credited to
his franchisee on weekly basis in his CTOPUP wallet.
CSC Implementation
1) Presently the CSC CTOPUP working as retailers should be transferred to CTOPUP CSC templet
(Newly added) to have full deduction from his wallet. This is to be done by SSA CTOPUP Nodal
Officer.
DSA Implementation
2) A new template CTOPUP DSA Template had been added, hence all DSA number need to be
transferred to this template for DSA commission structure. Till it is transferred DSAs will get the
commission as of a retailer. This is to be done by SSA CTOPUP Nodal Officer.
Procedure :
1) Go to cellone menu
2) Select recharge / Top up option
3) Enter mobile number
4) Enter amount 15
5) Select Recharge
6) Enter MPIN
6) confirm yes/ No
7) Send
Note :-
• All efforts must be made to ensure wide publicity at all level for proper information to the
customers directly and through CSCs and all our channel partners. Advertisement in all leading
newspapers is being released centrally from this office. However, SSAs may give the press
release in local newspapers & local magazines, advt. in local cable TV & cinema halls, Kiosks
(hoarding on poles), Local Signage, Banners, Exchange signage.
• The existing customers of General Prepaid will continue to enjoy 30paisa for Local calls (BSNL
N/W to BSNL N/W) and 60 paisa for Local calls (BSNL to Other N/W) for a period of 6 months
from 10-12-2009.
• Those existing customers of General Prepaid/Saral Anant who wants to change their tariff from
existing to the 1 paisa and 49 paisa tariff, they can activate through SMS by following method.
- For 1 Paisa Tariff ACT 1S to 53733
- For 49 paisa Tariff ACT 45 to 53733 for 180 days validity.
- For 49 paisa Tariff ACT 90 to 53733 for 365 days validity.
• It is requested to start the marketing aggressively to ensure the success of the schemes and
arrange feed back on response obtained on above scheme by return fax on 079-26481355 or on
email ID fb.comktg@gmail.com on fortnightly basis as desired by Chief G.M.T., Gujarat Telecom
Circle, Ahmedabad.
