First of all I would like to congratulate you for your quick action & move . having Dynamic personality.
Regrading Disinvestment plan of BSNL- ther details in Gujarati (Sent by you throgh E-mail)the matter is very serious & required serious plan, how to avoid Disinvestment in BSNL
I have given full details to the Press & media to highlight the matterin the intrest of our nation, BSNL & for BSNL Staff.
Regrding 100 Days of CMD"s Plan/Appeal to every Union/Association we all may meet toghether & may make the plan success.


-- SUGGESSIONS

(1)Regarding all latest plans-Terrif of various palns- all the latest information in regional language should be provided in all the CSC"S first & then advertisement may be published. Some times it happen that advertisement published in News papers but concern CSC staff Don"t Know-aware about it. So the csc staff directly face the trouble. Subscribres comes in CSC with Copy of Advertisement and forcing to the CSC Staff-so-there will be a conflict & finally the image of BSNL will be arise. To avoid conflict it is suggested that first of all all relevent information may be supplied to CSC Satff/Counter. The communication gap may not be found for smooth working

(2)for our all the customer while entering in the CSC -warm welcome may be done, by serving cool water-coldrinks etc according to our Normas & availibilty of financial Powers/

(3)If Posiblle for our various produts, plans teriif Power Presentation on Screen may be arranged & all the relevent information may be display on display board.

(4)On Sunday Holiday Special Project may be carried-out by making Camp-making team- all information, NTC, Broad Band information, EVDO, NIC Card Information, IPTV Information , Prepaid, Post Paid Mobile Terrif, GPRS Facility, Call Center information may be given to public

(5)If Possible Special VAN for BSNL All products may be prepared & Teams may be prepared & the same Van may visit important Public Places & highlights our produts & marketng may be done. sp. Dress,Taipean, etc may be considered for effective marketing

(6)Some times it observed that timely maintenace Sim card (Replacement Card)not avioalale in CSC, So Public have to suffer & our image will be affected

(7)If possible the sales team may be prepared areawise & related powers may be given & if Targets achived the inspiresion/insentive may be given

(8)Folow-up work is most essential in each field.

(9) The price of Sim may be compared according to Private Operators

(10) Speedy service is most important. In Broad band various paln may be discusss according to requirement.

(11) For IPTV DEMO may be Given

(12) All concerned staff- training may be provided

(13) As per information BSNL H/Q has decided to provide B/B Connection to Main Office-Building of BSNL so the all the staff can be touch with latest information,

(14)Special WEBsites/Blogs may be created for wide publicity
